The TRT and weight-loss pages contain a lazily loaded appointment form from XRP Clinical Platform. The embedded service may use strictly necessary cookies or storage to operate the booking journey. Any non-essential technology used within that service should be explained and controlled by the booking provider.

Our hosting and security infrastructure still receives ordinary technical request information, such as IP address, requested page, browser type and timestamp, in order to deliver and protect the website. This server-side logging does not require information to be stored on your device.

3. Current public-site inventory

If we introduce any non-essential storage or tracking, we will update this table and provide a clear choice before it is used. Rejecting non-essential technologies will be as easy as accepting them.

4. Linked services

The public website embeds booking forms from xrp-clinical-platform-web.vercel.app and links to our prescription, booking and shop service at app.letterboxpharmacy.co.uk, as well as third parties such as the NHS, GPhC, maps and social networks. Those services may use their own cookies when they load or when you open them. Review the cookie information and choices presented by the service; this policy does not inventory technologies controlled on another domain.

Icons and links on this site do not load social-media tracking code before you click them.
